Edit Image into winter theme

Hi,

I have two images (a before and an after shot) of a building development similar to the second attachment, and I need them edited to match a winter theme—similar to the first example shown in the attached references.

After the winter transformation is applied, I will also need some text added to the final images (details will be provided).

Requirements:

Apply a realistic winter look (snow, cold tones, winter atmosphere)

Maintain the exact image size and composition

Add text cleanly and professionally once the winter version is ready

Fast turnaround
