Edit and enhance an image

We have an image we would like to remove the noise and add around it

The photo is of a person sat at a desk it is for our front page of our website - we are thinking to have the photo enhanced with pictures around it of office things - spreadsheets, chat icon, - a telephone a computer, that sort of thing. Have not taken the photo yet but it will be 1 or two people at a desk in a home office and it needs to look professional office and good enough for a website front page.
