Edit a number of videos into 1 minute videos for social media

I have 17 videos (between 10- 25 mins long) and would like all the content cut up into 30 second and 1 minute videos (as many as possible from the content I have) so I can use them for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube and YouTube Shorts.

The formatting will need to comply with ratios for each platform.

I have included some examples below of how I would like the editing style as I`d like the videos to be fun and engaging. It is also worth noting that our brand is an intimate moisturiser (www.luviss.com) which is why we have chosen the below examples:

I`d like some of the videos to have a mix of people in them all answering the same question - like the example below:
