Edit 10 short clips together to make a 30 minute video

This is a very simple task; I will give you a link to a folder with 10 video clips.
Step 1: a few of the clips have sections that need to be speeded up and have the sound removed for the speeded up section - I will tell you the timings of those sections.
Step 2: join the clips together and use 'fade to white' transitions between the clips.
That's it!
I do one or two of these videos per month so ideally I would like someone who can do this on a regular basis for me. The videos usually have about 8 -12 clips.
