E-commerce retouch - skin, background, colour correction from RAW/tif (c. 600 images)

Hi all,

I now have around 500-600 shots that need retouching for an online store - they have all been photographed on a Canon 5D Mk II against a grey background. I'm a photographer myself and could do the work, I just don't have the time due to other projects. I work mainly with film usually, so I don't like a heavy digital look, or HDR appearance. I don't want the picture to change too much from what was taken, just tweaking it, cleaning up, making the clothes look the best they can. I don't like heavy sharpening, or an "overworked" look - and I don't want them to be cutout from the background, or any strange lighting added...

Basically, I need the skin (face and body, arms, etc, and feet/nails) to be cleaned up and the colour to be evened out on the skin, as the model is wearing a lighter face makeup than her arms and these are a little patchy, etc, eyes brightened subtly - very flyaway hair fixed, the backgrounds cleaned up, some (light) sharpening applied, and any clips used to hold the clothes in position removed (this is very infrequent).

The files also need to be colour balanced across the group so that the skin roughly matches and the backgrounds match each other.

The fabric integrity should be kept, and i don't need any resizing, I want them back as full resolution .psd files or .tif files with the editing layers left intact.

Ideally I'd like someone who can retouch skin using frequency separation or similar methods, as I want a natural look with some texture still instead of turning people into plastic!

I'm attaching a sample of an unedited shot and an edited one (by me), that I would like the rest to replicate - these are very low res, but just so you can see the kind of work. I am also showing the model in a bra-type top so you can see on some that there is more skin. With the bra image, we would also need the breast on the left to be enlarged slightly so that the bra does not look too big for her - but I also don't want it to look like a page 3 model!

I can do the more complicated retouch myself if necessary, as long as files are returned with all of the layers still there.

Please send me the price for 100 images at a time, as I will send them in batches. We need the whole job (around 500 images) to be done in 1-2 weeks.
