Digital Photo Re-touch

I have some photos that require editing before I print to canvas. This job if for 10 photos but I have perhaps 20 in total. One example is the image attached (low res but I have the original). This is perhaps the most demanding of the pictures I have that require re-touching. The arm on the right requires removing from the picture. There is a small amount of shadowing from the arm and the suit jacket will require re-creating.
