Digital artist and Photoshop expert for Books and E-Books

I’m seeking a digital artist to help me design my book cover (front and back) for my new novel that I want to publish. This art work designed should be for an E-Book and physical paper book. Someone who is an artist and good with Photoshop is highly qualified for this project. Please feel free to reach out to me of you’re the right candidate for this project.

Someone is currently assisting me with editing and proofreading my novel. Editing work will be done by October 21. After October 21, I can deliver all the text that will go inside the book. There is a certain why I want to position the internal art work which will be explained later by the end of the project. The details requirements for this project is further explained in a word doc titled "ArtWorkReqForBook" (see attachment below).
