Cut-out 10 images and place on edited background

I have 10 photo's, DNG format of people against a black background. I need to replace the black background with a blurred, more colorful one. I have these backgrounds partially, because there are people standing before it, I have 6 examples.
Could you:
- create full backgrounds from the 6 samples
- cut-out the pople against the black background on my 10 photo's
- if neccesary for color/brightness, adjust these
- merge my cut-out photo's with the created backgrounds
