I need a timeline video made using photoshop using still images. I have tried using video software but the colours are changing. Colour matching to the still essential.

    "0.01 seconds per frame" doesn't make sense. A frame is usually 1/24 or 1/25 of a second, not 1/100 of a second. Nothing reproduces correctly a video at that frame rate.
