Create YouTube Cover Photo and Profile picture

I'm setting up a new YouTube channel and require a cover photo and profile picture.


Profile Picture: I've attached two photos of me, and an example of a profile picture I like, nice and simple, just need my picture with a solid background to match the cover photo.

Cover photo: Something similar to the attached example - but obviously it needs to be different.

Cover photo text:

Channel Name: That Guy Adam (should be in middle of cover photo)
Sub text: Only useful and mind-expanding content! (under the main logo, like in the example)
Corner Banner text: Subscribe. Do it. (just like the example)
