Create high def image

I need to upgrade the definition of a rectangle image to publish on my LinkedIn profile (https://www.linkedin.com/in/christophehinfray/?locale=fr_FR).
The required definition is 1584x396 pixels. You can see it's made of the European Union flag with the words "Protection des Données". Please, provide the file in various formats such as png, gif, jpeg
Completion date Tuesday July 13th.
