Compositor needed to edit 5 Video Clips

I have 5 video clips that need the product label editing.

I need the original branded text removed and the red label to become solid grey.

This will need to be exported both on alpha and also as an uncompressed mov file. The footage I can share is already graded.
Please see an example screenshot of what is needed here attached. My in-house team has circled what needs work on.
