Composite photo needed, inc background removal and shadow

See attached photos. I need photos A and B halved & combined to form an image like example image (i.e. with a bottle not a glass). It then needs post production to make it beautiful & pop for a modern, clean smoothie website.

Notes:
- Photos taken in a lightbox with DSLR in a bit of a hurry - sorry!
- I have several versions in RAW of both photos at different camera settings. Will send them all to you so you can pick the best that you need to make the single image.
- Needs transparent background (above my skill/time level to do this while retaining the shine from the glass
- Didn't realise till too late that white background would make lid & transparent bits hard to process in Photoshop. No time to change background so taped yellow card behind lid to make it (hopefully) easier to process.
- Need a version with and without a shadow on floor.
