Color correcting

I'm looking for someone who can edit the yellow splotches out of this picture. I like how the age of the photo is apparent, so I'm not looking to have the colors made more vibrant or new looking, just the yellow blemishes rendered out.

I don't know what a project like this runs, so please ignore the fixed price and just quote me what you would normally charge. Thanks!
