Change Logo to different colours + background

Good Afternoon,

We are looking for an image editing specialist who can change the colour of our current logo and also make the background transparent.
We need our logo changing to the following colours/background:
1. White Logo / Transparent Background
2. Black Logo / Transparent Background
3. White+Red Logo / Transparent Background

We have included an example of our logo with a transparent background and how we would like it done.
