Can you photoshop my uniform top on this person on the photo?

Hi, I have purchased a photo from istock and would like to photoshop my uniform top on the young lady in the picture, so that she look like a carer for the elderly lady. I run a care agency. Can you also make her trousers black please. The colour of the uniform is navy blue
