Call for proposal for freelance graphic designer

We are looking for a competent freelance graphic designer to help us with photo retouching. We have 13 photos of 5 models who are tired and a bit tipsy. We need a graphic designer to remove dark circles and red eyes, and make the models look fresh and beautiful while maintaining a natural look.

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer with solid experience in photo retouching, with a strong ability to work with natural images. The designer must have a good grasp of Photoshop or any other photo editing software. We are looking for subtle and discreet retouching that is not visible to the naked eye.
