Batch resize and convert 240 images

On this link you can find images in tree folders: https://we.tl/t-DdLihFq8nj
I need them all
- in the size 1920x1080 (all landscape)
- as jpg
- if the size is slightly different than 1920x1080 then zoom in and crop the remaining part
- always aspect ratio
- if the size is more than just a bit difference, I want you to fill up the rest with back or white background, depending what the current background of the image is
- need it by coming monday
