Background removal from 2 shots

Hello,

I have two photos which need the background removing. Both of which are attached.

I need to supply the editor with 2 PSD files. I need the files returned to me with the subject on a separate layer and either a path or mask saved in the PSD document so as I can do any minor adjustments myself.

The images will be printed to A3 (42x29cm) so it needs to be done well. I don't want rough pixelation around the hair and features or loss of too much detail.

Ideally I'd like the job done ASAP.

Can those pitching please include samples of previous work similar to this and a brief description of how you would do the job as previous applicants have taken on the job when it's been out of their skill range.

Shouldn't take any longer than an hour to do both images if you are proficient with Photoshop.
