Around 10 images cutting out and changing colours

Hi
I am designing some large-scale artwork. I will require someone to quickly be able to take an image like the attached.

In this example I would need:
- the main person with the ball cut out so they are on a transparent background
- Turn the shorts red and the blue on shirt to red (as close to #c4161c as possible)
- Add a logo / badge to the shirt (will be supplied) so it looks as realistic as possible.
