Animating photos to look like a video pan effect

I require an animation expert to bring 20 still product images to life. The images showcase various gift hampers with multiple enclosed items. I wish for each image to be animated with a smooth pan effect, as though viewed through a moving camera lens.

This will allow online viewers to clearer perceive each individual product within the bountiful hampers. The pan animation should flow naturally from left to right across each image. Movement should be neither too fast nor too slow, finding a viewable pace. Special care must be taken to ensure the animation qualifies as a single moving shot. Abrupt cuts or pops between items are to be avoided. Once complete, the 20 individual animated images will be utilized to showcase our gift options across various digital platforms.

Specifically, the animations will be embedded on our website and regularly featured on Instagram and LinkedIn posts.
