Add someone to a picture

Im looking for a professional artist/ digital artist to add my deceased mother-in-law along with my daughter and combine then into one image.

I would like an image created of her holding my baby daughter ( I have an image of my wife holding our daughter but just need someone to edit it and make it look like my mother-in-law, wearing something different and with a different background etc, but the images of my mother in law are not very good so you may need to create from scratch)

Needs to look like a realistic picture or some kind of painting, oil painting so I can blow it up and get a canvas printed.

I really hope someone could help me with this one.
