Add Italian subtitles to a video

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to add Italian subtitles to a video. The project entails translating existing Spanish subtitles to Italian, removing the Spanish text, and inputting the Italian subtitles for an English/American video that is approximately 4 minutes long. The translation must be authentic and accurate, meeting a high standard of quality. The freelancer should have experience in subtitling and be able to complete the project within 1 week.
