Add animation to a photo

I am looking to add animation to a photo of a lock on one of my airbnb rental properties. The lock in question has a keypad where guests enter a passcode upon arrival. However, users sometimes fail to press the confirmation button in the bottom left corner after inputting the code. PHOTO ATTACHED.

To improve the check-in process and ensure all steps are followed, I aim to include an animated graphic in my digital welcome pack instructions. This will depict the lock photo with the passcode buttons being pressed in sequence, followed by the selection of the tick box at the close. Specifically, the animation should showcase the pressing of buttons numbered 1 through 4, and conclude by highlighting the tick button located bottom left.

The goal is to clearly illustrate the entire lock operation process for guests in a visual manner. This may help avoid issues arising from any overlooked steps. The animated graphic must seamlessly integrate with the existing photo on the web page. Proficiency with creating transparent GIFs from photos is imperative.
