Description
We have had images shot in the past in the style we’re looking for which will be included in the files for reference, the bottle in these images is different to the new one, but the style/layout should be the same.
The new images have been shot on a plain white background, we’re hoping to have these overlaid onto a marble background (included) which has been used in our previous shots. However, we want to make sure that this will look right, so we’ll be asking for a sample of images on both the marble and plain white background so we can make the decision before progressing to the full body of work.
We have a total of 61 images to create, a full spreadsheet of the ingredients relating to each product will be provided, however, we’re looking for someone to use their own creative input to decide on the positioning – we don’t want to have to explain where each individual element should go for each photo. Each image would be saved individually in a JPEG format for use online (size TBC – awaiting confirmation from web developer).
We will also be looking for a master file (photoshop) that would have each ingredient with the background removed as well as each bottle and the marble background set up in a way which allows us to select and deselect each ingredient and move it around as necessary for future products we may add to our range – we can discuss this further to make sure it has the functionality we require.
I’ve included a link below to sendbig which has TIFFs for the marble background, a yellow bottle and the ingredients for one product for a sample image to be created to see your work. Once we have chosen someone to work with we will send all the files in the same format using sendbig. We do also have high resolution JPEGS if that is preferred, however, our photographer thought the TIFFs would be best for this work.
The product is for Libations Spiced Rum and the ingredients/tasting notes are: honey, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel.
Each product has been shot in various formats / layouts so would be looking for a creative eye to setup the best possible layout using each of the ingredients. This will allow for variation for products which use a lot of similar ingredients so they don’t all look exactly the same.
The placing of the ingredients around the bottle is really important – the samples of the previously shot 350ml bottles shows the standard we are looking for, the placement should be considered and flow.
Finally - we have some JPEGS of the original photos in this style which contain some of the seasonal elements we were unable to photograph this time around. If possible, we'd like to try and lift those elements from the JPEGS to use in the new images if it would work.

(You may have seen a similar job that was cancelled about 2 weeks ago – we had an issue with some of the USB our photographer had sent the images on not working so we had to cancel the job as we couldn’t access everything we needed – this has now been resolved).

Hi Tasha,
2 questions for clarification please:
1. You require x2 mock-ups of the same Rum, one on white background, x1 on marble background provided, with the following elements laid around: honey, cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and orange peel.
2. Which image file should we use for the bottle, as I can't see "Libations Spiced Rum" included in the files.
Many thanks,
CarolineTasha B.19 May 2022Hi Caroline,
THank you for your clarification notes - apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I didn't see the notification for this and am new to people per hour so didn't actually know the clarification board existed!
Yes that is correct, the same image but one with the marble background removed.
The bottle to use isn't actually labelled as libations rum - we'll be using the same colours to represent a few products so it is the Yellow Bottle (I think it's Yellow_01 or Yellow_02) It's not a plain bottle - has a botanical pattern on the front in silver.
