4x professional photos need enhancing

Hi there. I hope you can help.

I'm looking for a photoshop wizard to improve my photos for me. I had these photos taken professionally so the original images are high quality, around 10MB in size. The images will be going on my dating profile so I don't want them changed too dramatically otherwise any girl I meet up with will be expecting someone else to arrive instead of me!

Firstly, I'd like the images of me tidying up. So whiter teeth, a bit more hair, better skin resolution/colour, better smiles, etc. (I'm sure there are other enhancements you can make but my knowledge of Photoshop is limited so I can't make other suggestions of improvements I'd like to see - I will have to rely on your expertise and advice).

Secondly, I'd like the backgrounds changing:
For the photo with the long black coat I'd like a bright yellow wall behind me.
For the photo where I'm wearing the red shirt and jacket I'd like a night time background.
For the photo with leather jacket I'd like a bright blue sky with a few clouds as if it were a sunny day.
I also have a 4th photo which PeoplePerHour won't let me upload but this also needs a background change to either a bright blue sky or perhaps a general greenery/woodland background.

With all the above background changes I would like them blurred so the focus is on me rather than the background. However, the background change is important to improve the general "feel" of the photo. Currently, the photos have an industrial "feel" which is not something I want. I prefer something more natural/nature.

Thirdly, the photos can't look "fake". This sounds obvious, but please don't quote on this project if you won't be able to deliver a high quality product in good time.

Currently the photos in their original state are scored at an average of 7.2, 6.9, 7.2 and 6.2. on PhotoFeeler. My expectation is that with the right tweaking they can score an average of at least 8.0 if not more. PhotoFeeler allows the people rating the photos to leave comments of feedback which I will share with you so we know what tweaks to make for you to improve the photos.

I have suggested what I consider an adequate budget for the project, however if you need more money/time please let me know what you expect and why and we can work together to try and find a solution to suit all parties.

Depending on how well the work goes, there may be an opportunity for more photos to tweak in the future.
