200 Amends on Images

I have 200 files that have amends on them, the amend is defined in the file name.
I have attached the following examples:

26048 (8)_fix the wall.jpg - you will see there are issues with the black wall in the background, fix these.
34058_V1 remove the wire (3).jpg - you will see the wire that crosses the fence, remove this.
54730 add chalkboard on the lower panel on the arch (1).jpg - the lower panel needs a chalk board effect adding.

Examples are low res, please do not do any amends to these files.

Majority should be quick and able to do with Photoshop AI, there may be around 10% which are more involved.
