Design details: I have a YouTube video coming out today. And the thumbnail (http://designedbymighty.com/projects/brian_dean/social_banners/stage_10/3.png) has the wrong shot of me in it.
I need this shot to replace the one that's there: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4wpKdZDw1c3T0JsdnB4RDh4Nms/view
Everything else should be exactly the same (visuals, image size, image quality etc.)
The video comes out today so I need this done within an hour of starting/being hired. Thank you.
