I’m searching for more than an editor but also a great teammate to help with my YouTube channel long-term: https://www.youtube.com/@KapoorKast

Please reach out if you meet all the requirements below:

- Has extreme attention to detail (e.g., no typos)
- Is diligent with following directions
- Can replicate my current editing style
- Responsive to messages
- Use Premiere Pro! I will communicate/send videos using Frame
- Can do attitude: Be flexible and adaptable to new situations or new editing techniques
- Fluent in English
- Has a good sense of humor (up to date with funny comments like in my current videos)
- Is passionate and creative. We're gonna make some cool and helpful videos together!

In your response, please provide the following:

- Description of your experience editing with Premiere Pro
- 1-2 sample videos you’ve edited that most closely resemble my videos
- Based off of my recent / most popular videos, 2 editing adjustments or enhancements you would make to level up my videos
- Where you're located and your timezone
- What's your turnaround time for a full video from start to polished completion?
- What’s your typical cost for a completed 10-15 minute video from beginning to end?
- If you charge per final minute of video runtime, what is that rate?

Finally, do you provide a free sample edit? That is, before committing to a full project, can you take raw files and provide a 2-minute sample of what your finalized product may look like to confirm our compatibility?

    - Do you currently use a content calendar or scripting workflow that I’d be involved in, or would my focus be purely on post-production?

    - How do you like to communicate feedback — async messages on Frame, or occasional video/voice check-ins to sync ideas faster?

    - You said you’re looking for a teammate rather than just an editor — what does that partnership look like to you over the next 6–12 months? (Creative input? Channel strategy? Content planning?)
