Youtube Shorts Video Editing

I am looking for a video editor who can create short YouTube videos for me. The edited videos should be exactly 1 minute in duration. Ideal candidate for this project should have experience in video editing and be able to work with the desired style. The script will be provided then you will convert it to audio using Text to Speech app
