Wondershare Filmora Video Editing Expert

Hi,
I have an 8-minute storytelling (soon to be first) youtube video that I need help with. I have been trying to teach myself Filmora-12 for the past 2 weeks but I think I've hit a quality and efficiency wall.

I specifically and immediately need help with aligning my narration audio file with the video clips (the audio file is running way faster than the aligned video clips and I do not know how to cut and move around a video file so they line up as I have scripted).

Along with the narration audio, I will need text captioning/subtitle help. I would also be interested in additional overall final editing help based on your expertise. I will share the type of look and storytelling style once we begin the work. I'm hoping to put out 1- 2 videos per week, so there is a possibility for immediate additional work.
