Video Creation for YouTube Adverts for PolicyCover.co.uk

I am looking for someone to create professional videos for using on YouTube and Facebook as adverts.

I have 3 scripts that will act as a guideline. The videos will be narrated by a professional voice over artist.

Each video is around 45 seconds to 1 minute in length.

I am just looking for rough ideas of cost for the moment.
