Video and Image Editing for Youtuber

Hi all,
I am looking for a video and image editor freelance. We have just launched our online courses and would want to advertise short videos on social media.
To do that, we need someone who could:

-Create a catchy picture that youtube videos show before you open the video which includes the picture of the speaker, a text for the title, and a flashy nice designed background

-Create popups of texts to be displayed during the videos and synchronize them as per the speech

- Add a musical background of our choice (if needed from our end) and if possible on a separate note and only if you have the skillset, we want you to suggest a few themes of musical backgrounds

Important: Please note that we are looking here for a long-term relationship as the chosen successful freelancer will be working with us on a daily basis producing up to 5 videos per week and this number is meant to grow with our activity.
