Description

Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for a fast and reliable video editor (or small team) to create viral short-form content (15–60 seconds) using Brazilian funk music. You’ll receive footage or clips, edit them to music with dynamic cuts, overlays, and export them in the right formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. All final videos must be uploaded to our shared drive.

This is a high-volume project — we need 500+ videos per month. We’re paying £0.80–£1.60 per video, depending on quality and speed. We’re open to hiring multiple editors.

    Could you please address some of my concerns regarding the project so that I can deliver exactly what you are looking for:

    - For consistency and scalability across 500+ videos/month, do you have a pre-defined structure or visual identity you'd like maintained — or is each video meant to feel uniquely experimental?

    - Is there a specific mood or energy level you aim for with the Brazilian funk clips — upbeat and punchy, sensual, or humorous? (Or all of the above depending on the footage?)

    - Will the initial test batch be used to finalize editing style guidelines for the rest of the editors, or will feedback be ongoing across all batches?

    - Do you plan to use content performance data (e.g. watch time, shares, CTR) to guide future edits — and if so, would editors get access to that feedback loop?

    - Based on your current content results, are there any underperforming segments or trends you’d like us to help fix through editing style, pacing, or hook strategy?

    - Would you be open to analyzing test batch performance side by side if multiple editors are submitting, to identify what style resonates best with your audience?
