Regular YouTube Video Creation

Hi everyone.

I run a YouTube channel and at the moment hire somebody to create 1 of my 3 uploads per week. I want to hire a second editor/creator on a regular basis to make 1 video per week.
I have a very precise list of points that need to be read before you respond to this message.

1. You must be fluent with the English language
2. It's helpful if you have even a brief understanding of graphic design basics
3. You can work with and create motion graphics
4. You have a portfolio of previous relevant work.

MUST READ: The videos are typically 5-6 minutes in length, and often are a combination of motion graphics (a lot of which are After Effect templates), and footage/imagery. You will be given a voiceover audio file, a written script, often stock footage and imagery to work with, and some directions. From this you will be expected to deliver a first edit and then revise until complete.
I am very happy with my current editor and I will only hire a second if they meet his standard and the rate is the same. I will show examples of previous work to people who reply to this message efficiently, and discuss rates thereafter.
