Looking for Long-Term YouTube Editor (Premiere Pro + AE)

Hi! I'm Josh! I make one 7-10min video per week on YouTube, and am looking for a long term editor.

***For this project I will pay you to edit ONE MINUTE ONLY as a proof of concept. That way I can see if our styles are compatible without wasting your time!***

My videos are talking-head style in the comedy/self-improvement space.
My goal is to help people grow mentally and spiritually but without being too self-serious.

I would expect that the quality of the edit would be up to the current standard of my channel.

Basically my videos currently have:
- Music (I use Epidemic Sound)
- B-Roll (I use royalty free vids from Pexels or small sections of film/YouTube vids I like)
- Basic Colour Grade (I still suck at this right now haha)
- Titles/Transitions (using Mister Horse free transitions)
- Textures (used for title backgrounds)
- Rotoscoping (done in After Effects for the occasional sexy-text-behind-my-head intro)
- SFX (whooshes and pops on text and images etc.)
- Slides and zooms with motion blur (simple keyframing)

I use Premiere Pro and After Effects and would probably want to make final changes to the project file(s). If we work together on full videos, I will also provide a template Premiere Pro sequence and a bunch of assets, including:
- Some zooms (very simple but might save you time)
- Transitions
- Textures
- Title MOGRTs
- Font style files
Feel free to use these, if you think you have a cooler idea, run with it!
My main editing inspirations are channels like Ali Abdaal and Alex Hormozi.

There's also the possibility of editing down these videos into YouTube Shorts/Tiktok/IG Reels etc. which will be extra cash on top!
