Looking for a long-term YouTube editor for my channel

I've got a YouTube channel with around 180 subscribers. I try to make 1 video per week (talking head style) about the Japanese language and culture, but I’ll probably expand that to other languages as well in the future. The videos are currently between 7-10 min, but planning to occasionally extend that to 15 min.

I also work full time as a data engineer at a German company, and so I'm finding it increasingly more difficult to make the time for filming + editing consistently alongside the day job.

I'm looking for someone to help with the editing part of the process. I can supply the video files (A-roll and my personal B-rolls) via something like Google Drive and I need a hand with editing them into the final product. Preferably with final cut, as that's what I've been using for a long time, which means I'd be able to make final changes to the project before exporting, but that’s not a hard requirement.
