Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
An interactive, live-action video experience with hotspot functionality similar to a "hazard perception test" but focused on workplace inclusion scenarios. The idea is to allow users to watch scenes play out and click on different parts of the video to identify non-inclusive behaviours, decision points, or moments that require intervention. Their choices would influence the outcome, leading to different endings or consequences. Please note, we will need to ensure accessibility features (e.g. captions, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility).

To be clear, this project will be editing the video content we provide & adding in the interactive elements. There will be an opportunity ahead of the filming (which we will facilitate with our internal script writers and actors) to work together to storyboard the narrative and branching outcomes.

- Examples of previous work with similar scope
- Lead time

Please note we do not know how much this is likely to cost and the 'budget' added to PPH is only at a guess at this stage because it requires an amount to progress. We are looking for a quality and cost effective solution from an experienced editor.

    Kindly address some of my concerns regarding the project so that I better understand what exactly are you looking for:

    - Will the script and branching outcomes be fully finalized before we storyboard, or are you open to suggestions on how best to structure decision points and their impact?
    - How many branching paths/endings are you envisioning within the 3–5 minute video — and how complex should the decision tree be?
    - Would you like feedback loops (e.g., rewinding to the start of a scenario after a choice), or should each path lead to a definitive end?
    - Will you provide caption files and alt text descriptions, or should I generate and sync those during post-production?
    - What platform or tech framework do you envision this being deployed on (e.g., web-based, LMS, SCORM-compliant, YouTube alternatives, custom HTML5)?
    - For hotspot functionality, will you provide specific timecodes and coordinates, or should I identify those in the edit process based on the narrative?
