Create short 60 second clip with out of sync subtitles

I need a very tiny task completing please. It may sound a strange request but I will need a short (approx 60 second) clip of a show with intentionally out of sync subtitles. This is for part of a game with language students. I would like to specify the show but don't mind what scene (we use a certain couple of shows in our games and story so I would like to specify the show used for this reason) And would like to specify the style of subtitles please (text type on black background and bottom centre of chosen video clip) example of style attached.
