Create a slideshow using circa 360 wedding images

I’m looking for someone to create a polished, emotional wedding slideshow using approximately 360 high-resolution photographs from our wedding.
The finished slideshow should feel professional, elegant and cinematic rather than simply being a sequence of photographs.
Requirements:
Approximately 360 wedding photos supplied by me
Arrange the photographs into a natural story of the day – preparations, ceremony, reception, speeches, evening etc.
Use tasteful transitions and gentle movement/zoom effects where appropriate
Set the slideshow to suitable music
I can either provide the music tracks or am happy to take recommendations
Ideally synchronise some of the image changes to the music
Avoid overly flashy effects or distracting graphics
Include an attractive opening title with our names and wedding date
Simple closing screen at the end
Finished in Full HD or 4K
Supply as an MP4 suitable for playing on a TV, computer and sharing with family
The slideshow will probably need to be around 15–25 minutes, depending on the music and pacing.
