Create a 15 Minute Explainer video with Stock and AI Footage

I have a 15 minute explainer video audio that needs building into a video from scratch into a polished final cut. The narration has already been recorded and is ready to go - I just need someone to create the video around it.

What I'm providing:

*Full narration audio (ElevenLabs)
*Backing music track
*Full transcript with editing notes -- I've gone through in a Word Doc and marked where stock footage is needed, where my own footage can be used, where logos and text overlays appear, and approximate timings throughout
*Some stock footage of my own
*Company logo and branded assets
*On-screen text and bullet points for specific sections

What I need from you:

To stitch everything together into a smooth, well-timed, professional final video that follows the structure I've laid out in the transcript.

On stock footage:

I don't have footage for every section. Where I've flagged gaps in the transcript, I'd need you to fill these with you own appropriate stock. I'm not looking to spend £50 per clip on iStock - but it does need to look professional. AI-generated video stock from a Gemini or similar model is fine as long as it works visually. If you use Descript or a similar tool with a built-in footage library, that's absolutely fine by me but just that it needs to look good.
