Children's story 02

I am looking for the best, affordable, animation style to create a short pilot film.
I have character designs and costume 'heads' made which, I hope, should help with turnaround positions.
Initially, I am looking for a short demonstration of movement of the character attached.
If you feel this is a project you'd like to work on with me, please send an appropriate clip of your work for me to consider.
I would also like to know if you can work in either 2D and 3D.
