I need a voiceover in indian (preferred) /american accent asap. The script is attached. This will be used for a Video Presentation and expected time is 180 sec. The script might be longer than that, so we'll cut some part out during the edit. Most probably we'll need only one version from you because of time crunch. no revisions (most probably).
We need just one version from you, with professional clearity. No multiple revisions. Need to complete project asap.

The Epoxy Division of Aditya Birla Chemicals, Thailand is a pioneer manufacturer of epoxy resins in the entire ASEAN region with the capacity of 80,000 TPA.
Looking at an enormous growth rate of demand for epoxy resins in India, and availability of an opportunity to synergies with the Grasim Industries’ new VSF and chemicals unit at Bharuch, it was decided to establish an epoxy division at the same location under the banner of Grasim Industries Limited.
With a vision to reach $ 1 billion in sales and clear focus to deliver customized solution, project kick started in April 2012.
Jacobs as an EPCM contractor provided the services of Residual Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering with Construction Supervision Services to the project.
With an objective to promote Sustainable Construction Practices in line with Group’s Sustainability Vision, various initiatives were taken to reduce carbon footprints.
Use of AAC blocks has offered several significant advantages over other cement construction materials, one of the most important being its lower environmental impact.
Use of Parallel beam – H beam in place of conventional I – Beam implemented for their undue advantages of more load carrying capacity in comparison to section weight.
Use of green energy options would help us in Rs. 8 Lacs per year savings .
Use of recycled material as copper slag & fly ash was put in practice as a back filling option & laying roads.
Recovery of quality salt from Effluent Treatment help us in converting ETP into a profit center .
More than 1500 Tons of CO2 emissions were saved during the execution of the project.
Innovative ideas as Rack supported warehouse, EARTHEN FIRE / RAW WATER POND, Automatic bagging machine were implemented first time in an epoxy business.
During pre-commissioning phase, project faced a catastrophic calamity of flash flood. With the joint team effort of the members, challenge was well taken and the plant was restored within 5 weeks.
Right from the start, project included clear articulated goals with comprehensive, long-term and detailed planning. The right mix of planning, monitoring, and controlling facilitated the commissioning of project with high quality results.
Plant was successfully commissioned on 7th November 2013 with 5.2 million safe man-hours, zero reportable accidents and no loss time incidents.
