Description
You will be working on a freelance basis per project, and the main tasks will include recording:
phonics sounds, phonics words, vocabulary lists, children's stories, character voices, articles and much much more!
If you have any kind of educational experience with UK schools in addition to the above capabilities to record yourself, you will be strongly considered for this job because our passion is about teaching children and creating valuable, high quality learning materials from people in the know.
You need to be based in the UK and be a UK native speaker. No exceptions sorry so don't waste a proposal credit! It's also imperative that you have your own equipment to record your voice clearly. Your work will be delivered via email to our main offices in Hong Kong where it will undergo editing. To apply, please send me am overview of your suitability of the job, and sample of your voice recording that would be suitable for this task.
You will be compensated either per project or per recording, it depends, but rest assured we pay very competitive rates for the right people, and this is a long-term, ongoing weekly/monthly arrangement. Have put budget of £1000 per month as a ballpark estimate. Have chosen Expert rate, ''Freelancers with higher rates and more experience'' because we pay very generously for top talent. We'd love to see a full PPH profile with good feedback.
Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi
Really need to know exactly how much work is involved per month with this in order to send a fair proposal. How many scripts and what are the length of scripts involved?Anglo Content16 Aug 2018It really will vary, so it's probably going to be slow for the first week or two, but then pick up into a full-time job if you have the time to dedicate to it. Based on what currently happens, you will get a batch of stories to record per week or a set of vocab, or an informative article to be recorded or vocab etc, and then you deliver when done. There may be an element of creating your own material if you feel able to do so, but a lot of direction will come from our Director, and appropriate rates will be worked out in the interview stage.
VoiceoverPaul B.16 Aug 2018You say 'batch of stories', but how many is in a 'typical' batch and what is the average word count of the stories for example?

Hi Scott, how many hours / days per month do you envisage this work taking?
Many thanks
ScottAnglo Content16 Aug 2018I've replied above with more info, but I expect 20 hours per week of work to begin with and potentially increasing with the demand you can cope with. It's very flexible, and once a good working relationship is established you'll know a month in advance what's going to be expected of you workwise.
