Full Filming and Editing of London Based Conference 26th November

Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a London based person to film and edit our Conference at Le Meridien Hotel, Piccadilly, Central London on Monday 26th November. You must have 2 Cameras and have had experience of filming conferences before. We will also require to see your showreel with evidence of such.
WE WILL WORK THROUGH PEOPLEPERHOUR.COM and you must have very good feedback and experience in doing this type of work.
If interested please submit your bid and showreel. Applications without showreels will not be considered.
ABOUT THE FILMING :
We need a Videographer to arrive at 7am at the Le Meridien Hotel Picadilly, near Picadilly Circus, for the conference to start filming at 8:45-1:30/2 (so arrival at 7am please)
We require the whole conference to be filmed.
We need 2 cameras, one close up of speakers and one wide angle lens, we need full presentations filmed and a few audience shots in addition.
The AV equipment we will have is:
Lectern with Lectern Mic.
3 x table mics - switchable on/off
1 x hand mic for Q&A
The AV will lay a mixed sound feed cable down the left hand side of the Oak Room.
Please provide power and install 2 cameras and lights on the left hand side around 20 feet from the Lectern.

Please confirm what cameras you will be using and confirm that you have the desired set up (lights etc) Parking is not available at the hotel. Please be at the hotel at 7am for set up.

Please confirm that you are able to edit this footage (see links above for an idea of what we're looking for) and give us an idea of the lead time to do this.
Again, please only apply if you have prior experience of filming at conferences. Showreels with evidence of this will be required.
