Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a whiteboard drawing, not a video, a DRAWING that will be incorporated into a PowerPoint presentation (not a website) which we are going to be doing in front of a selection committee of about a dozen people for a large $60M construction project.
Please read this detailed description and let me know ASAP if you can do it or not!
I had posted this project to someone on PPH and they totally WASTED my time until now. I will have to have an "emergency" slide prepared just in case, but I still believe that this video would be a GREAT addition to our presentation.
I MUST know if you can you have this FINISHED and to me by Monday (3/16/15) at 6 am MST (US Time Zones)!
I will pay a 25% bonus if I can have it by Sunday (3/16).
Since this is in a PowerPoint slide, the video NEEDS to run faster than a traditional whiteboard drawing. If you look at the attached JPEG, you’ll notice four (4) groups of people. I’m thinking at the most, 10 seconds per group.
Now the guy that punked out on me said it was too fast… so please enlighten me: You aren’t drawing it that fast; you record the actual drawing and we can then speed up the video, right? It doesn’t seem to me like rocket science – but let me know. If I could get it done faster, that’d be great… because it’s the end drawing that is the most important factor… not that you can see someone’s hand with a Sharpie for a longer period of time.
No voice over or sound FX needed.
Obviously the drawings will take the most time on this assignment.
With the whiteboard video, we are trying to show the "Communication" links for this construction project.
It all focuses on the "Superintendent", Bob Bennion.
I have attached a JPEG that describes the new additions (Lines/Circles/People) that I need you to incorporate. Sorry, it's messy, but this graphic is to help you understand the overall concept. It is NOT to be taken verbatim... particularly the colors. It's just shows basic placement. You are the one that will have to make it look better. The person in the middle is the color black (which branches out), but there is also branches for the owner, the architect and neighbors/community -- each with their corresponding color.
Also on the attached JPEG, I have the faces shown. The caricatures are a HUGE part of why this whiteboard drawing will be effective; for these people will be on the selection committee. Please draw close approximations of their faces... no "funny" characters.
So as far as the video goes, I'd like to start with the drawing of the main black stick figure and circle (Bob), while at the same time the “Hogan” logo (pre-drawn) comes into the frame from the right. Then from Bob we draw two branches – one with the black stick figure and circle of Kelly and one with the two black stick figures (John, then Dwight). From Kelly’s circle, then you draw a line branching off to a circle and a group of small, black stick figures. Underneath the circle label them "Subcontractors" (not in quotes).
Then we transition to the left and have the Provo School District and Provo High School logos appear into the frame from the left, while the drawing of the three green stick figures, the three faces, lines and circles are then drawn.
(On the "Provo High School" logo, I could only find it in this distorted form. Please change the perspective to march the others, which is straight on. Also, both logos could be slightly smaller.)
Then we transition over to the bottom right. We see the FFKR Architect logo appear, while the drawing of the four red stick figures, the one face, lines and circles are drawn.
Then we transition over to the bottom left. There is a black stick figure with a face and circle drawn as part of the Hogan team (see PDF), and then we transition afterward to the drawing of the three blue stick figures, lines and circles. The words "Neighbors/Provo Citizens" (not in quotes) are then drawn (in lieu of a logo).
I'm paying per hour so that this assignment is your focus! No trying to get a sub-standard product into a set time frame. I want this to be a quality project.
