Video Game Artist/ Concept Artist

I need a concept artist who is willing to draw up a TON of art really fast. The art is going to be used to appeal to people in a video. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it does have to be pleasant to look at. I want someone who draws regularly for a hobby in a style that is not cartoonish. Stylized and alternative is great, but they have to be human enough for appear attractive.

This job can open up to a more regular job. So if you can endure past the first phase of production, there may be great opportunity for you to have a regular job or regular work. Here are my requirements:

1. Good art
2. No tracing
3. Able to redraw and take criticism
4. Draw quickly but pleasantly with basic color
5. Draw art with characters interacting
6. Draw scenery in some

The idea is to get alot of pictures, as nice as possible as fast as possible. This is Video Game Production and many many ideas have to be expressed.

Please show an example of the quality you will be producing and how many drawings you can make in an hour of work. Because I will expect that many unique drawings for each hour I pay you.
