Vector based character image to enhance an already existing logo.

Brief:
Go Puffin Driving School is an existing business that already has a company logo and branding but we wish to add to the logo a cartoon character of a Puffin. It is hoped that this will make the brand perhaps more friendly and distinctive. The logo will be used on all branding. The Puffin character may also be used as a device in its own right and so variations of the character may be required in the future. At the moment the logo Puffin is all that's required.

We want complete rights to the artwork supplied with no restrictions.

We would like quotes initially with examples of work, possible ideas and timeframes.
