Various admin tasks

We are a company based in Denmark importing British & American food to
Scandinavia.
We are a small firm with 4 full timers, and from time to time, we are faced
with various tasks that must be completed within a certain time frame, and
in most cases, the day before!!
Jobs, such as manual moving of data from one xl file to another, adding
images to product lists, updating xls files with new data, calculating
product prices etc.  there's many tasks that we have, on a day to day basis
and my feelings are, that it would be great to have an extra pair of hands
on standby, and somebody we could call on, whenever we need some help.
It's not worth our while actually employing someone full or even part time,
as these tasks are very sporadic.
As our business increases, then so will the workload for everyone.
Our business is growing rapidly, and to find someone to take care of these
time consuming tasks, which would free US up from doing it, meaning that we
could use our time in other areas.
Is this something i am going to find here?
Is this a normal request?

If anyone has any advice, i'd love to hear it, thanks.
