UX and Creative Design Specialist (UK based only)

We seek a very experienced User Experience design specialist who also has exceptionally strong web creative design skills to overhaul our current customer facing websites and drive best practice design for new web sites and client extranets. We operate in the recruitment and payroll industries and have been included in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 for the last two years running.

Requirements (please do not respond unless you can meet these):
- commitment to 10 hours per week on our projects, for the foreseeable future
- occasionally working at our offices in London, W2 (perhaps every other week
- portfolio of outstanding UX and design work, probably built over 10+ years experience
- very strong communication skills and commercial awareness

You will produce designs for coding by either our freelance coder or your own coder, if suitably skilled.

You will liase with the London team and systems architects located overseas.

This is a long term contract. We want to build a relationship with the right person lasting at least 12 months.
